By getting your phone flashed, you will be able to take advantage of the latest software release for your phone. With each software release, manufacturers improve performance and menu speed, correct bugs, and occasionally add functionality.
Currently the latest versions for this phone are 3.0633.09.13 (East Africa), 2.0618.06.32 (Americas), 2.0618.06.32 (Middle East) and 2.0618.06.32 (China)

If you would require any specific languages to be flashed to the phone, please make a note of this in the appropriate box at checkout. Otherwise, we will flash your phone with the highest available version. All regional variants include an English language pack.
Please note that downgrading is not possible on this model. We are only able to flash your phone with an equal or higher version.

If your phone has been killed by improper flashing, please select the 'DEAD Phone' option below. We will attempt to repair it using special flashing methods. If, for any reason, it can not be repaired by flashing, your order will be updated with a description of our findings, your phone will be shipped back to you as-is, and all but your shipping charges will be refunded. We are generally able to repair phones in this condition, but must diagnose them in person first.
The "Decustomize" option below will instruct us to flash your phone with generic Nokia firmware, removing any service provider branding and restoring features removed by the carrier. This will also unlock Java applications.
Please note that the latest firmware versions may not be available for all regional keypad (symbol key) layouts. If your keypad layout is not available, we will endeavor to match it as closely as possible to a new firmware version.
